Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor and play a vital role in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort to our guests. In this energetic and fast-paced role, you will support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and motivating your team to excel. Your leadership will help create a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and cared for, all while maintaining efficient housekeeping processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your supervisory skills within a vibrant hospitality setting. Duties Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor in managing daily housekeeping operations across all guest areas and public spaces Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks, including room cleaning, floor care, and special projects Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to uphold cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication regarding guest requests, maintenance issues, or special cleaning needs Oversee inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring proper stock management and maintenance of janitorial tools Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Support the implementation of health and safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, custodial practices, and infection control measures Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and floor care Prior supervisory or management experience in hospitality or janitorial services is highly preferred Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and methods used in large-scale cleaning environments Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest service excellence principles Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate across departments A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction Join us in creating memorable experiences through impeccable cleanliness!
