Bilingual Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong leadership skills, and have prior experience in hotel housekeeping operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff to ensure quality performance and productivity Conduct daily room inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards Assign daily workloads and adjust staffing based on occupancy levels and operational needs Communicate effectively with housekeeping team members in both English and Spanish Assist with onboarding and training of new employees Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of housekeeping supplies and linens Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and sanitation standards Coordinate with the Front Desk and Maintenance departments to address guest requests and room status updates Resolve employee concerns and assist with performance coaching when necessary Complete reports, inspections, and other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Previous housekeeping supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Proficient in basic computer and reporting functions Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
