In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction within our hospitality environment. Your leadership will ensure that every space reflects the highest standards of hygiene, comfort, and aesthetic appeal. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a dedicated team, implement efficient cleaning protocols, and elevate the overall guest experience through exceptional housekeeping management. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service while adhering to established procedures. Develop and implement cleaning schedules for guest rooms, public spaces, laundry facilities, and back-of-house areas. Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness, safety compliance, and overall presentation of the property. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and janitorial equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Oversee laundry operations including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linens and uniforms. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to custodial work, chemical handling, and sanitation practices. Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or custodial management within a hotel or hospitality setting. Extensive janitorial experience with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning techniques and standards. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment. Background in hotel or hospitality industry preferred; familiarity with hospitality management systems is a plus. Strong knowledge of laundry operations, custodial procedures, and safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous management experience in housekeeping or facilities services is highly desirable.
