POSITION SUMMARY
The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness standards. This role involves overseeing the housekeeping and laundry teams, managing resources, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes exceptional guest service and staff efficiency.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise the housekeeping staff, providing open communication, training, coaching, and feedback to ensure high performance and efficiency. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety standards. Issue assignments to staff, considering special requests and areas of focus to maintain smooth operations. Distribute supplies to staff at the start of each shift, managing inventory and controlling expenses. Respond to guest requests, concerns, and issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Manage Lost and Found, logging items and handling guest inquiries. Follow emergency procedures to protect the hotel, guests, staff, and assets. Comply with attendance rules and be available for regular shifts. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall housekeeping operations.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally. Must be able to stand for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to move throughout the building, bend, stoop, and reach to assist staff members in completing tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation
