The right candidate will be comfortable leading, training and supervising Room Attendants in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Responsibilities Perform Room Attendant and/or Executive Housekeeper duties in the Executive's absence. Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards. Clean, inspect, and assess inventory of rooms. Track status of rooms throughout the cleaning process. Monitor work schedules, lost and found program, storage rooms, cleaning carts, and designated inventories. Communicate and coordinate with Maintenance to ensure repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas. Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
