Responsibilities Lead and supervise cleaning, custodial, laundry, and housekeeping staff to ensure quality standards are consistently met or exceeded. Develop and implement operational procedures that promote efficiency, safety, and cleanliness across all facilities within your area. Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to optimize productivity. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Provide training and mentorship to team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance. Collaborate with clients or stakeholders to address concerns promptly and adapt services to meet evolving needs. Experience Proven supervising experience in janitorial services, custodial management, or hospitality housekeeping management. Strong background in commercial cleaning, hotel operations, or related hospitality fields. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Experience managing laundry operations or housekeeper teams is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning best practices, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
