Position Summary The Housekeeping Supervisor supports the daily operations of the Housekeeping department by leading and developing housekeeping colleagues, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, and ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently achieved. This role plays a key part in delivering the luxury hospitality experience expected at Thompson Dallas through quality assurance, team leadership, and exceptional guest service. Responsibilities Supervise and support Room Attendants and Housepersons throughout the shift. Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensurepliance with Hyatt and Thompson brand standards. Ensure rooms are guest-ready and address any deficiencies prior to guest arrival. Monitor room status, prioritize assignments, andmunicate updates with the Front Office and other departments. Provide coaching, training, and feedback to housekeeping colleagues to support performance and development. Respond to guest requests and resolve service concerns in a professional and timely manner. maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and cleanliness issues to the appropriate departments. Maintain inventory levels of linens, guest supplies, and cleaning products. Assist with scheduling priorities, special projects, deep cleaning initiatives, and department goals. Support a safe,anized, and efficient work environment. Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures. Perform other duties as assigned to support the operation and guest experience. Strong attention to detail andmitment to quality standards. Excellentmunication,anizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Basicputer skills and ability to learn hotel operating systems. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements This position is physically active and requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift. Candidates must be able to inspect guest rooms and public spaces, assist team members as needed, push and maneuver housekeeping carts, and regularly lift and carry up to 30 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
