Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort across our hospitality facilities. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning, laundry, and custodial services throughout the property Develop and implement cleaning schedules, checklists, and quality control procedures to uphold cleanliness standards Train new team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational readiness Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with hygiene standards Address guest requests or complaints promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction Lead by example in maintaining a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Experience Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or janitorial services within the hospitality industry Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively Extensive janitorial experience including commercial cleaning, laundry operations, and custodial tasks Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is highly preferred Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication and organizational skills Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and sanitation practices Previous experience managing housekeeping budgets or inventory is a plus Join us in creating welcoming spaces where cleanliness meets excellence!
