This person will work as part of the cleaning team and support other operational areas.
Responsibilities include:
Team Leadership & Scheduling Daily supervision of staff, scheduling, quality checks & coaching, Team communication, training, and growing a collaborative professional household team Hands-On Housekeeping Cleaning, sanitizing, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping/sweeping floors Caring for details as needed by the room, and the outdoor patio/grill area Training and assisting with other general household tasks as needed Household Operations Lead all supply and inventory programs with the household operations assistant Manage daily last-minute needs/changes and run errands to fulfill needs Organize, schedule, and manage visiting vendors Support special event needs on property and away Provide leadership and support to all household staff and support the principal's needs as directed The Housekeeper position requires a team member who: Has developed strong management skills as a private residence housekeeper Has an eye for detail (nothing escapes their notice), and takes pride in their work Is professional, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality Works well as part of a team and is considerate of others, while taking a leadership role, fostering cooperation and mutual respect Is reliable (daily attendance), punctual, and a quick learner•Be able to report to work quickly•45 minutes or less commute Comfortable around pets and has no allergies to pets (dog) English speaking or bilingual a plus Benefits for this role: Enjoy a consistent schedule—Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.

Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in private residences, hotels, or corporate housekeeping with 3-5 years in a management position Demonstrated ability to supervise, schedule, and develop housekeeping staff High-level communication skills to work with all levels of outside household partners and vendors Evening and weekend coverage and support may be required•Occasional travel (out-of-state) required for special events Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying household items and supplies up to 50 pounds; and walking and climbing multiple flights of stairs on a daily basis with or without reasonable accommodation Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings, including past employment references, drug test, criminal background check, and all employment credentials, including I-9 document verification
