The Opportunity The Assistant Executive Housekeeper is a hands-on leadership role responsible for upholding exceptional cleanliness, organization, and guest-experience standards across the resort. This position works side-by-side with the housekeeping team, ensuring daily operations run efficiently while delivering a consistently high-quality product across guest rooms, public areas, and specialty accommodations. What You Will Do Lead and support day-to-day housekeeping operations
Ensure all guest and public spaces meet brand and resort standards
Assist in scheduling and managing daily staffing needs
Conduct inspections, including VIP and specialty rooms
Monitor daily reports and respond to operational demands
Train, coach, and develop the housekeeping team members
Maintain inventory levels for supplies, linens, and amenities
Enforce grooming, uniform, and service standards
Step into operational tasks when needed to support the team
Assist with administrative responsibilities, including payroll, reporting, and documentation What We're Looking For Experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations, preferably in a resort setting
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to balance hands-on work with operational oversight
Commitment to quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
