Qualifications
The Role:
This position requires the ability to inspect rooms after they are cleaned by the Housekeeper. This candidate should have previous Housekeeping experience as they have to be able to inspect the quality and cleanliness are up to the Hyatt standards. This candidate must be energetic, detailed and meticulous in following Hyatt cleanliness standards and have great interpersonal and verbalmunication skills.
This position works closely with the Housekeepers, Housekeeping Supervisors, and Front Desk. They will be the liaison between Housekeeping and Front Desk for themunication of releasing rooms to the front desk for arrival and preparation of resort guest, owners, and VIP's.

High school diploma or GED preferred.
1 year of related experience in the hospitality or service industry preferred.
A genuinemitment to providing excellent service in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills.
Must be able to perform the essential physical functions of the position, with or without reasonable amodation (e.g., lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds; standing and walking for extended periods; bending, reaching, and other physical movements as required).
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Flexible schedule, including availability for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
