Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure spotless, well-maintained environments across all areas Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to uphold cleanliness standards and deliver outstanding service Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality control measures to maximize efficiency and consistency Oversee laundry operations, ensuring timely processing of linens, uniforms, and guest garments with attention to detail Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens to optimize resource use and reduce waste Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance issues promptly and enhance overall facility presentation Requirements Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hospitality or commercial settings Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively Extensive janitorial, cleaning, and custodial experience; familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques preferred Knowledge of laundry operations and hotel housekeeping standards Demonstrated leadership in hospitality environments with a focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure Ability to communicate clearly and motivate staff in a fast-paced setting Join us as an Executive Housekeeper where your leadership transforms spaces into welcoming retreats!
