Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Executive Housekeeper, where your leadership and expertise will elevate the cleanliness, organization, and overall guest experience of our property. In this vital role, you will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring that standards of cleanliness and service excellence are consistently met. Your energetic approach and management skills will inspire your team to deliver exceptional hospitality in a welcoming environment. This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to lead a dedicated housekeeping team and contribute to the overall success of our hospitality operation. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction are maintained across all areas of the property. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality control procedures to optimize efficiency and service quality. Oversee daily operations including room cleaning, public area maintenance, laundry services, and custodial tasks to ensure timely completion. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping team members to foster professional growth and uphold company standards. Manage inventory supplies such as cleaning agents, linens, and equipment to ensure cost-effective usage while maintaining quality. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or event preparations that require deep cleaning or specialized custodial services. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within a hospitality or hotel environment. Strong supervising experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams. Knowledge of management principles related to housekeeping operations and staff development. Expertise in laundry processes and commercial cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication skills for training staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Familiarity with health and safety standards relevant to hospitality environments.
