We are seeking an Executive Housekeeper who leads from the floor, develops people, builds strong teams, and creates a culture of pride, accountability, and service excellence. This is an opportunity to build a department from the ground up within a newly renovated lifestyle hotel. We are looking for a leader who understands that a successful housekeeping operation starts with engaged employees, clear expectations, consistent standards, and a willingness to work alongside the team when needed. What You'll Do Lead and inspire the Housekeeping Department through visibility, coaching, and accountability. Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing housekeeping team. Create a culture where team members take pride in their work and understand the impact they have on the guest experience. Establish and maintain exceptional cleanliness standards throughout guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. Build strong relationships with Front Office, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and hotel leadership. Manage labor, productivity, inventories, and departmental expenses responsibly. Develop future leaders through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Drive guest satisfaction through quality inspections, training, and continuous improvement. Minimum 3 years of hotel housekeeping leadership experience. Previous Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper experience preferred. Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain housekeeping team members. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience managing labor, productivity, inventories, and departmental expenses. Ability to build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride within the department. Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside the team when needed. Strong focus on guest satisfaction, cleanliness standards, and operational excellence. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
