Job Description

Job Title:
Head / Asst. Head Housekeeper As the Head Housekeeper , you will lead the housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the property. Your leadership, organization, and attention to detail will ensure every guest experiences a welcoming, comfortable, and pristine environment. You will play a key role in training staff, maintaining brand standards, and driving operational efficiency. What you'll do Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to ensure all guest rooms, hallways, and public areas meet brand and company standards Inspect cleaned rooms and public spaces to ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail Train, coach, and mentor housekeeping staff on procedures, safety, and service standards Manage daily housekeeping operations including scheduling, assignments, and productivity tracking Oversee inventory of linens, supplies, and cleaning equipment; place orders as needed Ensure proper laundry operations including washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linens Identify and report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly Enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction Basic qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability Preferred qualifications Previous hotel or hospitality leadership experience Experience with housekeeping inspections and quality control Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and inventory management systems Why you'll love it here We are dedicated to fostering an environment where our employees can thrive both personally and professionally.
