Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor (age 18+) is responsible for managing the daily operations of our housekeeping department. This is a SEASONAL, full-time position and reports to the Office Manager.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean cabins, restrooms, and other areas Inspect cabins and other facilities to ensure cleaning standards are met Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment Maintain SDS and inventory for all chemicals Complete required reports on a timely basis Schedule staff, monitor payroll and maintain compliance with labor budget Participates in the recruitment process and selection of talent for the department Collaborate with park and home office departments Serve as the park's Manager on Duty on a rotating basis Coordinate and oversee various projects from start to finish Respond to guest inquiries using the company's service recovery guidelines Utilize and learn reservation system for daily planning Participate in other projects and activities as assigned

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

Housekeeping experience required Experience in customer service, hospitality, and management preferred
