In this vital role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and maintain a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards Must be able to clean rooms on a daily basis. Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Monitor cleaning quality across guest rooms, public areas, laundry services, and custodial spaces Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain stock levels Lead by example in performing cleaning duties such as janitorial tasks, laundry handling, and custodial work when necessary Foster a positive team environment through motivation, feedback, and recognition of outstanding performance Qualifications Proven experience of 1 year in hospitality housekeeping Supervising or leadership experience within hotel or commercial cleaning environments Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and janitorial best practices Excellent management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively Familiarity with safety standards related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and time management Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable Join us in creating a spotless environment that delights our guests!
