Staybridge Suites Midvale is seeking a full-time Room Attendant Manager - Housekeeping Manager to join our hospitality team. This on-site position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on management and leading a team of hardworking room attendants and housekeeping staff. It's full-time, with shifts available every day starting at 9:00 am. As a Room Attendant Manager - Housekeeping Manager, you'll enjoy a competitive rate of $19-$21 per hour , along with superb benefits , like medical, dental, vision, health, a 401k, 2 weeks paid vacation, bereavement pay, and hotel discounts. WHAT DOES A ROOM ATTENDANT MANAGER - HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER DO?
As a Room Attendant Manager - Housekeeping Manager at Staybridge Suites Midvale, you ensure that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained to provide an exceptional guest experience. You have the opportunity to "break out the house" by assigning checkout rooms to room attendants and inspecting rooms to ensure high standards are met. By keeping the front desk updated, you play a vital role in our guests' satisfaction. Additionally, you're responsible for leading, managing, and coaching your cleaning team to ensure they are well-trained and up-to-date with standards, and completing deep cleaning and special projects throughout the hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to take charge and contribute leadership to our hospitality team!
WOULD YOU BE A GREAT ROOM ATTENDANT MANAGER - HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER?
The knowledge and skills required for this cleaning position are: 2+ years of hotel housekeeping experience is preferred, but we're willing to train to standards! Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness. Ability to uphold brand standards and consistently deliver guest-ready rooms. A positive, servant-hearted leader who enjoys coaching, developing, and encouraging others. Comfortable providing feedback, coaching, counseling, and holding team members accountable with respect. Excellent organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions independently. Strong communication skills with both associates and other hotel departments. Commitment to creating a positive team culture built on accountability, teamwork, and respect. Willingness to lead by example and jump in wherever needed. Ability to monitor quality, analyze guest feedback, and drive improvements in cleanliness scores and guest satisfaction. Experience with scheduling, staffing, inventory management, and labor control is preferred. We're looking for someone who can balance kindness with accountability-someone who builds trust with their team while maintaining high standards every day.
