Full Job Description Pay:
$20-$22 per hour (DOE) Western States Lodging & Management is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations. This leadership role is essential in maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards, driving guest satisfaction, and managing a high-performing team. What You'll Do As the Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, laundry, and public areas, while ensuring compliance with brand standards and company expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are consistently met Maintain high guest satisfaction scores through quality control and team leadership Manage department budget, expenses, and cost controls Order and maintain inventory of housekeeping and operational supplies Oversee laundry operations to ensure compliance with health and safety standards Recruit, onboard, and train housekeeping (back-of-house) associates Create weekly staff schedules based on occupancy and business demands Assign daily housekeeping boards and ensure accurate room status reporting Conduct quarterly linen inventory and manage overall inventory levels Partner with Maintenance to report and resolve room deficiencies Maintain accurate lost and found records and ensure guest items are returned promptly Ensure MSDS documentation is current and accessible Collaborate with Front Desk and leadership teams to ensure seamless operations Attend annual leadership conference and ongoing training opportunities Leadership & Team Oversight Supervise housekeeping team members, including Laundry, Facility, and Breakfast Attendants Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment aligned with company culture Provide hands-on coaching and training to ensure safety and efficiency Qualifications Previous housekeeping leadership experience (hotel preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and staffing effectively Excellent communication skills with guests, vendors, and team members Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
Physical Requirements:
