Job Description
Job Summary Do you enjoy leading by example and being part of the action rather than sitting behind a desk? We're looking for a hands-on PM Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead our evening housekeeping operation while working alongside the team to ensure our hotel remains clean, welcoming, and guest-ready. This is a working supervisor position. Depending on business needs, you may be the only evening housekeeping team member on duty, responsible for guest requests, public area cleaning, meeting space upkeep, and supporting overall hotel operations. When working with a Lobby Attendant or additional team members, you'll share the workload while providing leadership, direction, and support. Our team is diverse, and many of our housekeeping team members are Spanish-speaking. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, though bilingual skills are not required. What You'll Do Lead evening housekeeping operations from 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM. Support and coach Lobby Attendants and evening housekeeping staff. Respond to guest requests and service needs with urgency and professionalism. Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in public areas, meeting spaces, and guest-facing areas. Partner closely with Front Desk, Banquets, Engineering, and other departments. Train team members on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and guest service expectations. Assist with cleaning duties and operational tasks as needed. Help ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. What We're Looking For 2+ years of hotel housekeeping experience. Previous supervisory, lead, or trainer experience preferred. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Strong guest service and communication skills. Ability to perform physical housekeeping duties, including lifting, pushing carts, bending, and standing for extended periods. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Why Join Our Team?
