Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public spaces to verify cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met. Identify and report any damages, cleanliness issues, or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate departments. Ensure all rooms are properly stocked with amenities and supplies before guest check-in. Collaborate with housekeeping staff to address deficiencies and improve overall room quality. Maintain detailed inspection records and logs to track room status and compliance with company policies. Assist in training new staff on cleaning protocols, floor care techniques, and safety procedures. Support janitorial tasks such as cleaning floors, carpets, bathrooms, and other surfaces as needed to uphold cleanliness standards. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hotel or hospitality environment. Strong understanding of hospitality standards and guest service expectations. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high cleanliness standards. Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus. Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during inspections and cleaning duties.
