Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary Holiday Inn Express Hillsville by IHG is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to oversee all housekeeping operations at our 54-room Holiday Inn Express. This role is responsible for maintaining brand cleanliness standards, managing housekeeping staff, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning and public areas. Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness meets brand standards. Train, schedule, and motivate housekeeping team members. Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, guest amenities, etc. Maintain compliance with IHG/brand standards and safety regulations. Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure efficient room turnover. Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly. Assist with cleaning rooms as needed during high occupancy or staffing shortages. Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience required; supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards and procedures. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
