We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping/EVS Supervisor to oversee all department-related activities. You will be responsible for ensuring that facilities are safe, clean, and well-functioning. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator and well-organized with the ability to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Leadership abilities, motivational techniques, and high energy will set you apart. Responsibilities

• Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department
• Conduct quality assurance inspections to maintain our set standards of cleanliness
• Hire and train housekeeping staff, watching them develop under your leadership
• Oversee the housekeeping department budget, monitoring inventory
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed Requirements 1+ years experiece in a housekeeping leadership role Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred Knowledge of appropriate equipment, products, and safety standards preferred We seek candidates that share our values of hospitality, balance, fun, respect, and quality to add to our invigorating work environment.
