In this vital role, you will oversee the quality of housekeeping services, conduct thorough inspections, and ensure that all guest areas meet our rigorous standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and support our commitment to exceptional hospitality. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead quality assurance efforts in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Conduct comprehensive inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to verify cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards Identify areas needing improvement and provide constructive feedback to housekeeping staff to enhance service quality Monitor cleaning procedures including floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial tasks to ensure consistency and efficiency Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by inspecting sanitation practices and equipment maintenance Document inspection results accurately and prepare detailed reports for management review Coordinate with housekeeping management to schedule training sessions on cleaning techniques and standards Assist in developing and updating cleaning protocols to optimize operational effectiveness Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeper roles within hotel or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial practices Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and safety standards Effective communication skills to provide clear feedback and collaborate with team members Leadership abilities demonstrated through housekeeper management or supervisory roles Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices in housekeeping inspection Join us as a Housekeeping Inspector and play a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest experiences through meticulous quality assurance.
