Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and janitorial tasks Train and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and customer service excellence Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with hygiene standards Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels for peak times while maintaining flexibility for special requests or emergencies Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction with housekeeping services Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping management with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning practices Supervising experience with a focus on team leadership and operational oversight in hospitality or related industries Knowledge of laundry processes and janitorial procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation Excellent management skills with the ability to organize tasks efficiently and delegate responsibilities effectively Strong communication skills to coordinate with staff, management, and guests seamlessly Ability to lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices for cleanliness and safety Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor where your leadership transforms spaces into welcoming environments!
