Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Laundry and Housekeeping Manager to lead our cleaning and custodial operations. Duties Supervise and coordinate all laundry and housekeeping activities across the facility, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction Develop schedules for janitorial staff, laundry personnel, and custodial teams to optimize coverage and productivity Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, laundry facilities, and other designated spaces to ensure adherence to cleanliness protocols Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, detergents, and equipment; place orders as needed to prevent shortages Implement health and safety procedures in line with industry regulations to create a safe working environment for all staff Address guest or staff concerns promptly, resolving issues related to cleanliness or laundry services with professionalism and care Skills Proven supervising experience in hospitality or janitorial management roles with a focus on housekeeping or laundry services Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, and laundry operations Experience managing custodial staff within hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment Familiarity with health regulations related to sanitation, hygiene standards, and safety protocols in hospitality settings Effective communication skills to coordinate between departments and ensure seamless service delivery Join us as we uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness standards while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
