Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and housekeeping management, with a strong focus on cleanliness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Must work weekends
• Oversee and manage the housekeeping staff, ensuring all rooms and public areas are cleaned to company standards
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
• Train new housekeeping employees on proper cleaning techniques
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment

Experience:

• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality industry preferred
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care
• Strong understanding of custodial practices
