Includes most Sundays, and other weekdays dependent upon rental unit turnover rate About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee all aspects of our housekeeping operations. This role ensures exceptional cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction while effectively managing staff, procedures, and resources across our property. Housekeeping Operations Schedule cabin cleaning and supervise daily housekeeping activities to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Conduct cabin inspections throughout the shift to ensure all units meet quality standards before guest check‑in. Oversee the cleaning and readiness of 50 cabins/rental units . Staff Leadership Recruit, hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and support. Create and manage staff schedules, including assigning cabins and rental units to be cleaned. Availability to work most Sundays is required. Procedures & Quality Control Develop, update, and implement housekeeping procedures and cleaning schedules. Ensure consistency in cleaning methods and guest‑ready presentation. Inventory & Supplies Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Submit supply orders to the office when items need replenishment. Coordination & Communication Work closely with the office to report maintenance issues, damages, or items needing repair or replacement. Ensure all cabins and rental units are fully prepared and guest‑ready. Compliance & Safety Enforce safety, sanitation, and property policies. Ensure all staff understand and follow established procedures and regulations.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or GED required; hospitality‑related degree or experience preferred.
Experience:
Housekeeping management experience preferred, including supervisory or management roles.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Why Join Us?
