Housekeeping Inspector for Airbnb Rentals - Milwaukee

About Flexhome:

We rent fully furnished apartments to guests on a short-term basis - from a few nights to a few months and everything in between. Our apartments are located across the downtown Milwaukee area near Fiserv Forum, the East Side, and other downtown areas. As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that Flexhomes are consistently cleaned, stocked, and staged for incoming guests.

Job Type:

Contracted role on a part-time basis. Must be available from 12pm-4pm at least 5 days a week, including Friday and Saturday Job responsibilities: Inspect turnovers to ensure quality meets or exceeds company standards for cleanliness, stocking levels, staging, access control, and other metrics Have Turnover Specialists re-clean any rooms that did not meet standards. Instruct and coach by showing mistakes and explain how to do the task properly. Provide communication, training, and coaching to Turnover Specialists Identify cleaning, stocking, and repair needs and potential safety hazards. Notify appropriate individuals for resolution Ensure sufficient inventory of supplies, linens, and equipment Assist with turnovers and other housekeeping duties as needed Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations Perform other duties as assigned Use smartphone to promptly and clearly communicate with the team throughout the work day
