Job Description

Housekeeping Supervisor oversees cleaning staff, ensures staffing levels hygiene standards, manages inventory, and maintains operational efficiency in hotel. Key Responsibilities
    Team Management:
    Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure high performance and adherence to cleaning standards.
      Scheduling and Coordination:
      Create and manage cleaning schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of duties.
        Quality Control:
        Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness orderliness, and compliance with sanitation standards.
          Inventory Management:
          Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, order replacements as needed, and manage stock levels.
            Customer/Guest Handling:
            Address complaints, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a positive environment for clients or residents.
              Compliance & Safety:
              Enforce safety procedures, hygiene regulations, and proper use of cleaning equipment.
                Reporting:
                Maintain records such as attendance, timekeeping, and departmental budgets, and report performance to management. Required Skills

                • Clear communication and interpersonal skills
                • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and safety protocols
                • Problem-solving and adaptability Qualifications
                • H i gh school diploma or GED is required.
                • Experience as a housekeeper with supervisory experience preferred.
