Responsibilities:

What You'll Do Supervise Guest Room, Cabin, and Laundry Attendants, ensuring all accommodations meet elevated cleanliness and presentation standards. Oversee daily operations of guest accommodations and shared ranch spaces to deliver a seamless, high-end guest experience. Create and manage team schedules, adjusting staffing levels based on occupancy, arrivals, and departures. Lead daily pre-shift meetings and support team training, development, and adherence to safety and certification standards. Inspect cabins, residences, and public areas to ensure quality, readiness, and timely turnovers. Manage inventory, supplies, and payroll processes to support efficient operations. Assist with hiring, coaching, and performance management of team members. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and guest satisfaction. Maintain organization and cleanliness of housekeeping and back-of-house spaces, including laundry and storage areas. Monitor team productivity and support daily opening and closing responsibilities. What You'll Bring Valid driver's license with at least 5 years of licensed driving experience. Strong leadership skills with a focus on guest service and team collaboration. Ability to foster a positive, inclusive work environment across diverse teams. Adaptability to changing needs within a large, outdoor hospitality environment. Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally with assistance. Ability to stand, walk, reach, and use hands for extended periods. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
