Job Description
Arctic Facility Services is a growing commercial cleaning company serving Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley. We're building our team of reliable, detail-oriented cleaners for upcoming commercial contracts (offices, medical/dental practices, and professional buildings). What you'll do: Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, and common areas to a detailed checklist Empty trash, vacuum, mop, dust, and restock supplies Maintain floors (sweep, mop, occasional waxing/buffing) Follow safety and quality standards on every job What we're looking for: Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in a job done right Able to work evenings and/or weekends (most commercial cleaning is after-hours) Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs Prior cleaning/janitorial experience a plus (but we'll train the right person) Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation What we offer: Competitive pay ($18-$22/hr based on experience) Flexible scheduling Steady, growing hours as we add contracts Locally owned company that treats its team right Apply today — we're building our crew and want dependable people ready to grow with us.
