Set the Standard. Lead by Example. HD Clean is launching in Anchorage in July 2026. We're looking for a Residential Cleaning Trainer who takes pride in both their work and the people around them. This is not a classroom training role. It is a hands-on leadership position for someone who consistently performs at a high level and enjoys helping others do the same. As a Residential Cleaning Trainer, you'll spend much of your time in the field cleaning homes, serving clients, and modeling the standards that define the HD Clean experience. You'll also play a critical role in developing new technicians through onboarding, coaching, feedback visits, and real-time training. The technicians you train will learn far more from what you do than what you say. That's why we're looking for someone who leads by example.

WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

Most weeks, you'll be responsible for helping develop at least one new technician while continuing to serve clients in the field.

Responsibilities include:

Training new technicians during onboarding Cleaning homes alongside trainees Conducting feedback visits and coaching sessions Reinforcing quality, professionalism, efficiency, and care Helping new team members build confidence and consistency Documenting progress and development Continuing to perform cleaning services when not actively training This role combines service, leadership, coaching, and accountability. You're not stepping away from the work. You're helping others learn how to do it exceptionally well.
