$19.27/hour base wage plus $5.09/hour Health & Welfare (H&W) fringe benefit

Schedule:

Multiple shifts available between 6:30 AM and Midnight TDL Staffing is hiring multiple Facilities Custodians to support cleaning and facility operations at Eielson AFB. These positions offer steady work, paid training, and the opportunity to work in a structured and professional environment. No previous custodial experience is required. Reliable candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. In this role, you'll help maintain clean, safe, and organized facilities while working independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate is dependable, follows directions well, and takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and custodial tasks throughout facilities and common areas Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environments Properly use cleaning products, equipment, and supplies Follow established safety procedures and workplace guidelines Communicate professionally with staff, coworkers, and others on-site Minimum Requirements Must be able to gain access to a military installation (Real ID required) Ability to follow oral and written instructions Comfortable performing physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Willingness to work with cleaning products and equipment in various conditions Ability to work professionally with staff and customers Background screening is a part of the hiring process for this position Must support a drug-free work environment Ready to get started
