Job Description

Job Summary
PRESSURE WASH ROOFS ON COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS.
Duties Operate commercial-grade pressure washers safely and effectively to clean surfaces according to project specifications Inspect equipment regularly, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance Prepare work sites by setting up safety barriers, protecting surrounding areas, and ensuring proper water drainage Follow detailed cleaning protocols to remove dirt, grime, mold, graffiti, and other stubborn residues Document work progress through detailed reports and communicate any issues or additional needs to supervisors Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Experience Prior experience operating pressure washing equipment or similar power cleaning tools is highly preferred Strong understanding of safety procedures related to high-pressure water systems and outdoor work environments Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical instructions, and safety protocols clearly Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and performing routine maintenance Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality in every task performed Physical stamina to stand, lift heavy equipment, and work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods
MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE SELF TO AND FROM WORK. PASS BACKGROUND CHECK. PASS MEDICAL EXAM.
