Residential Cleaning Trainer | Fairbanks

This role is for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way and enjoys helping others grow. The technicians you train will learn our systems, standards, and culture through your example. You won't be sitting in an office or teaching from a classroom. You'll be working alongside new team members in the field, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and understand what exceptional service looks like. WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

This is a hands-on leadership role. Most weeks, you'll be helping develop new technicians while continuing to serve clients in the field.

Responsibilities include:

Training new technicians during onboarding Cleaning homes alongside trainees Conducting feedback visits and coaching sessions Reinforcing quality, professionalism, efficiency, and care Helping new team members build confidence and consistency Documenting progress and development Continuing to perform cleaning services when not actively training You are not stepping away from the work. You are helping others learn how to do it exceptionally well.
