Job Description
We are looking to fill two cleaning positions in order to meet the increased business demands from May-September as we take on many summer airbnb turnovers. Cleaners will also be expected to successfully carry out cleaning jobs for residential and commercial clients. One of our summer hire cleaners will be presented the opportunity to stay employed through the winter on a routine cleaning schedule. The days/times you are available to clean are up to you, I just need you to be consistent once the schedule is set. It is critical that our cleaners are self-driven and detail-oriented in order to maintain the high level of cleaning that our clients expect from this company. Responsibilities Drive to/from clients' location at agreed upon time for cleaning Complete provided cleaning checklist, including but not limited to: bathrooms, kitchen, living area, bedrooms, etc. Properly maintain provided cleaning supplies Skills Great attention to detail Time management Integrity Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Ability to perform physical duties of cleaning (scrubbing, reaching, etc) Compensation Starting pay is $16/hr during training. Once trained and cleaning independently, pay goes up to $18/hr. Eligible for another raise at 3-6 months if clients are consistently happy with reliability and quality of cleaning. Gas reimbursements offered for jobs outside of Kenai/Soldotna area.
