Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your efforts will directly contribute to the health, safety, and satisfaction of our clients and their visitors. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure a polished appearance Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers following proper procedures Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or additional cleaning Use commercial cleaning equipment effectively, including vacuums, buffers, and mops Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial work within commercial settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and custodial best practices Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality standards Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors Join us to help create clean, safe environments that make a positive impact every day!
