Responsibilities Operate power washing equipment safely and efficiently on various exterior surfaces such as buildings, sidewalks, decks, and parking lots Assess each job site to determine the best cleaning approach and equipment needed for optimal results Prepare surfaces by removing debris or obstacles to ensure thorough cleaning Apply cleaning solutions when necessary, following safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions Perform routine maintenance on power washing tools and equipment to guarantee peak performance Communicate clearly with clients about project scope, progress, and completion status Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Requirements

MUST PASS A DRUG TEST MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

Prior experience with power washing or outdoor surface cleaning is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining energy and focus Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship Good communication skills to interact professionally with team members and clients Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred for transportation between job sites with
