Job Description:

The Custodian Worker is an integral part of Windmill Station. Cleans all areas of the Facility (for example, floors, windows, doors, restrooms, trash receptacles) while following Company procedures, guidelines, and methods, and utilizing approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment. Ensures a safe and clean environment for Staff, Tenants, and the Public by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash. Maintains appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies needed to ensure a safe and clean facility, including ensuring that chemical supplies are rotated and stored in proper containers in preparation for their use and notifies management to place orders to replenish if supplies are low. Sets up event spaces to the specifications of client or event manager by moving tables, chairs. Properly maintains and uses provided equipment to move tables, chairs, etc. to and from event spaces/storage units.

Job Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a valid driver's license Must have a consistent method to get to and from work Must be able to operate a commercial washer and dryer Must be flexible with hours (for example: if we have back-to-back events) Must be able to communicate with management daily about their needs, concerns, or information about the event spaces Willing to work in the elements (i.e. We do not keep our air conditioning on in the venues unless there is an event happening, or for an outdoor ceremony) Must have a cell phone Must be able to operate various types of cleaning/outdoor equipment (leaf blower, washer, dryer, vacuum, golf cart, dolly, etc.) Must be able to operate a computer to clock in and clock out The perfect fit for this job is someone who is willing and able to maintain daily cleanings of communal/event spaces; while also being able to set-up event spaces quickly and effectively to make Windmill Stations daily operations run as smooth as possible. We are looking for someone who is not afraid of the physical labor and can keep our building clean. Windmill Station only works well when we work together as a team to bring dream events to our clients.
