Position:

Part-Time Residential, Commercial & Post-Construction Cleaning Technician Opportunity to move into a full-time position after 90 days based on performance and company needs.

Schedule Requirements:

Monday -

Friday:

8:30 AM - 6:30 PM Average work week: 30-35 hours Most weekends and holidays off Occasional flexibility may be needed based on client scheduling

Job Responsibilities:

Residential and commercial cleaning Post-construction cleaning Deep cleaning and routine maintenance cleaning Move-in/move-out cleaning Window cleaning and detailed touch-up work Following cleaning checklists and company standards Communicating professionally with team members and clients Taking before and after photos when required Maintaining reliability, professionalism, and teamwork

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation Must own a smartphone Must pass a background check Must pass a drug screening Must be willing to travel up to 40 miles outside of Enterprise, Alabama Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and with a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn
