Commercial Cleaner

We are seeking reliable independent cleaning contractors for commercial cleaning work during night shift hours. This role involves cleaning commercial buildings such as offices and business spaces. Work is typically 6+ hours per night , depending on assignment. All supplies and cleaning equipment are provided. This is a 1099 contractor position , not an employee role.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain commercial spaces Dust surfaces, furniture, and fixtures Wipe down desks, counters, doors, and high-touch areas Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors Remove cobwebs and light debris Clean restrooms and break rooms Empty trash and replace liners Ensure spaces are clean, presentable, and ready for use Why Work with

Important:

This is an independent contractor (1099) position . Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and expenses outside of provided supplies.
