Overview Join our dynamic team as an Evening Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a pristine, welcoming environment after regular business hours. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Handle trash removal, recycling collection, and restocking of supplies to keep spaces organized and functional Use custodial techniques to disinfect high-touch surfaces and ensure hygiene standards are met Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass partitions, and other surfaces for a polished appearance Assist with light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to facilities management Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or hazards Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing is essential Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety standards Ability to work independently during evening shifts with minimal supervision Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods Good communication skills to report issues or complete shift documentation effectively Embark on a rewarding role where your skills make a tangible difference every evening!
