Part Time Cleaner - Vacation Rentals

Job Overview We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in vacation rental properties. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction, ensuring that all areas are kept clean, organized, and welcoming. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and responding to requests promptly. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping or similar roles within hotel or commercial environments is preferred. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques for various surfaces. Ability to perform custodial tasks efficiently with attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Must have a working smartphone and reliable vehicle. Must be able to verify employment eligibility and complete a w9.
