Overview Join our dynamic team as a Janitorial Helper and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and techniques, including buffing and floor care procedures Assist with custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, window washing, and surface sanitation to uphold high cleanliness standards Support industrial cleaning projects, including deep cleaning of large equipment or specialized areas within the facility Maintain supplies by restocking cleaning products and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition for daily use Help with light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting to support overall facilities upkeep Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free environment for staff and visitors Collaborate with team members to complete assigned cleaning schedules efficiently and effectively Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in commercial or industrial settings Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning is highly desirable Experience with facilities maintenance or general upkeep tasks enhances your suitability for this role Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a clean and safe environment while developing valuable skills in janitorial services.
