What You'll Do:

Clean and maintain commercial buildings, offices, and common areas Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom cleaning Follow company cleaning procedures and checklists Refill supplies and maintain equipment Communicate with team leads and clients when needed Ensure each location meets WE Clean's quality standards

Requirements:

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and dependability Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay active throughout your shift Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus (not required) Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Ready to Join the HERD?
