Part-Time Janitorial Cleaner

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented part-time janitorial cleaner to help maintain a clean, neat, and professional facility. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, follow instructions, and take pride in keeping spaces clean and organized. The work schedule will be coordinated within the Monday-Friday daytime window. It does not mean the cleaner is required to work every single day. Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, counters, doors, and fixtures
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain hard floors, carpeted areas, and entrance mats
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners as needed
• Dust desks, furniture, file cabinets, shelves, windowsills, blinds, light fixtures, and other surfaces
• Clean interior glass, entrance doors, and other glass surfaces as needed
• Restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap
• Keep break rooms, kitchen areas, offices, hallways, locker rooms, and common areas clean
• Report maintenance issues such as leaks, loose doors, damage, or unusual circumstances
• Follow safety procedures, including using wet floor signs when needed
• Complete cleaning checklists or logs when required

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must be able to work independently
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must be respectful, professional, and courteous at all times
• Must be able to follow cleaning instructions and checklists
• Must wear clean, presentable clothing suitable for janitorial work
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, sweep, mop, vacuum, and lift light supplies as needed
• Must follow safety rules when using cleaning supplies and equipment Professional Conduct Employees are expected to maintain a respectful attitude, professional appearance, and appropriate behavior while working on site. The following will not be allowed:
• Loud or disruptive behavior
• Profanity or inappropriate language
• Alcohol or drug use
• Unprofessional conduct around visitors, staff, or clients
