$16.52 per hour + Comprehensive Benefits Package About AMFUEL AMFUEL, a DART Aerospace company, is a leading manufacturer of fuel containment systems serving commercial and defense aerospace customers worldwide. Our products support mission-critical aviation operations where quality, safety, and reliability are essential. We are currently seeking a Post Cure Operator / Cleaner to join our manufacturing team in Magnolia, Arkansas. Position Summary The Post Cure Operator / Cleaner is responsible for repairing and cleaning aerospace fuel cells following the curing and inspection process. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products meet engineering specifications and quality standards prior to final inspection and shipment. The successful candidate will work with a variety of materials, repair products, solvents, and tools to identify, repair, and eliminate defects while maintaining productivity and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Repair manufacturing defects using approved specifications, blueprints, and work instructions. Utilize adhesives, rubber materials, solvents, heaters, clamps, and other repair tools to restore products to specification. Identify and correct defects that do not meet engineering requirements. Clean fuel cells by removing debris, excess materials, and contaminants before final inspection. Enter fuel cells through access fittings when required to perform cleaning and repair operations. Apply required stencil markings and product identification information accurately. Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, specifications, and measurement scales. Work on multiple products simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and schedules. Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures. Qualifications Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and comprehend technical work instructions and blueprints. Ability to write clearly and accurately complete production documentation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn specialized repair techniques. Preferred Previous manufacturing or production experience. Aerospace, automotive, composites, rubber products, or industrial assembly experience. Experience working with solvents, adhesives, and repair materials. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Physical Requirements Frequent use of hands and arms for repetitive tasks. Ability to stand for extended periods during an 8-hour shift. Ability to work in confined spaces, including inside fuel cells when required. Ability to occasionally lift, move, or roll materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. Work Environment This position is based in a manufacturing facility where temperatures may vary depending on seasonal conditions.
