Job Description

Sanitation Technician / Facility Cleaner The Sanitation Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and inspection-ready facility in accordance with company standards and USDA regulations. Attendance is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize all equipment, tools, and production components in the fabrication and packaging areas on a daily basis. Sweep, mop, and thoroughly clean fabrication and packaging rooms to ensure they are prepared for the next production day. Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of facility restrooms, break room, hallways, and sales area. Complete assigned nightly cleaning tasks according to established sanitation procedures and checklists. Perform scheduled weekly and monthly cleaning and sanitation duties as outlined in facility maintenance programs. Maintain compliance with USDA sanitation requirements and support successful daily pre-operational (pre-op) inspections. Follow all safety, sanitation, and food-processing regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards. Ability to follow written procedures, checklists, and sanitation schedules. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Previous sanitation, custodial, manufacturing, or food-processing experience is preferred but not required. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the facility remains clean, compliant, and ready for daily operations.

$20.00 per hour
