We have built our reputation on consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining those standards. Minimum Requirements Before applying, please ensure you meet the following requirements: ✔ At least 2 years of residential or hotel cleaning experience ✔ Reliable personal vehicle ✔ Smartphone capable of using GPS and company scheduling software ✔ Ability to pass a background check ✔ Ability to perform physical work including bending, lifting, standing, and walking throughout the day What Matters Most While experience is important, we place an even greater value on reliability, professionalism, communication, and a willingness to learn. Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $18.00 per hour Increase to $19.00 per hour after 30 days based on satisfactory performance Weekly pay Direct deposit available Paid training provided Paid drive time between scheduled jobs Weekly gas allowance added to payroll Keep 100% of cash tips Digital tips added to payroll Overtime paid after 40 hours Paid major holidays: Memorial Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day Schedule Monday through Friday Typical work hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Typically 25-32 hours per week Team members who consistently demonstrate quality work, reliability, and the ability to complete homes independently may have opportunities for additional hours and advanced cleaning assignments No evenings No routine weekend work Responsibilities Clean residential homes according to company standards and procedures Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Follow cleaning checklists and company systems Communicate professionally with clients and team members Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail Report any damage, maintenance concerns, or unusual conditions observed in the home Service Area We serve clients throughout Central Arkansas, generally within a 30-minute radius of Maumelle. Team members may be assigned homes in any of the following areas: Conway Mayflower Maumelle North Little Rock Little Rock Sherwood Jacksonville Why Work With Us?
